Before I started seeing Alex, I felt lost and out of control of my life, and couldn't conceive of a world where that was different. Each session we have leaves me feeling confident and taking real steps to achieving what I want, and I have never felt more motivated and in control. She listens without judgement, in a relaxed and friendly manner, and always manages to phrase her responses in a way that just clicks, allowing you to see whatever it is in a whole new perspective. I have seen multiple therapists and councillors over the years, without any results. It was only when I started sessions with Alex that I finally began to make some progress.
